WIN A SOCIAL & CULTURAL TRIP TO MOZAMBIQUE

Here is everything you need to know before participating:

  • HOW TO ENTER:
    • Purchase and Enter: Each and every product purchased on https://values-culture.com and fully confirmed (no return and cancellation processed) will receive an entry number and be entered for a chance to win the Experience. Orders that will be cancelled or refunded within the ticket distribution date, on July 12th, will not be entitled to receive an Entry to the Sweepstakes. In such case, no ticket will be distributed. Visit https://values-culture.com to utilize the Pruchase and Enter method of entry.
    • Free Entries: Stay tuned to Dean Schneider’s Livestream Broadcasts on https://www.youtube.com/@DeanSchneiderHakunaMipaka to have a chance to win Free Entries to this Sweepstakes.

  • Winners: You (“Winner”) + 1 (“Guest”)
  • Age to Enter: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  • Approximate Retail Value of the experience: $10,000
  • Timing: from October 25th, 2024 (arrival date in Mozambique) to October 31st (departure from Mozambique)

Grand Prize Details: Winner and his selected guest will get to join Dean Schneider and his team on one of his next social and cultural trip, to Mozambique. The prize includes round trip tickets from the country of origin of the Winner, to the destination, in economy class – and a 6 to 7 days experience, with accommodation and transfer to each location (the "Grand Prize").

Trip Tentative Plan & Schedule (subject to modifications):

  • Day 1:
    -   Explore the village, visit the maternity clinic, and witness the transformative power of renovated classrooms
    -   Engage with local school children, sharing Dean Schneider's conservation efforts and inspiring stories
    -   Drive to town to purchase food for our upcoming cookout
    -   Dinner under the stars, surrounded by newfound friends and shared purpose
  • Day 2:
    -   Volunteer work, such as painting houses for single mothers, contributing to tangible change
    -   Afternoon cookout for the village, spreading joy and free meals
  • Day 3:
    -   Join a vaccine program, promoting community health and wellness for pets
    -   Conclude your adventure with a special dinner at the hotel, by Dean and his team
  • Day 4 to Day 6:
    -   Enjoy some relaxing time in a nearby picturesque hotel

 

Values-Culture AG will not permit Winner to receive a cash alternative prize.

Winner must be available for the confirmed dates of the trip, between October 23rd to November 4th, 2024. The dates of the trip will not be adjusted based on the Winner's availability. If winner does not complete all necessary requirements for the trip by August 15th, 2024, the winner will forfeit their prize and no compensation or other prizing will be provided. This specifically includes the winner not being entitled to a Cash Option.

  • Eligibility Notes: Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless Winner is the parent / legal guardian of Guest. No individual younger than 12 years of age may be a Guest. In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Guest must complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure. If a Guest is a minor, then the Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such minor child. If Winner and/or Guest reside outside the country where experience will take place, Winner and/or Guest must have current, valid passports, all health related requirements, and be able to travel to the experience location(s). If they are unable to travel to the experience location(s), they will forfeit the prize.
  • Applicable law: Entry is subject to all local laws. Winner and his Guest should comply with all Regulations regarding the Safari Trip. See our Sweepstakes Official Rules for more details. Values Culture AG will not be responsible in case of any applicable local laws does not permit participation to the Safari Trip.
  • Limitations: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

  •      Winner Confirmation Process:

    Within 40 calendar days of campaign close, all valid entries will be issued an official ticket number.

    Within 60 calendar days of campaign close, we will use an automated random drawing generator to establish a shortlist of potential winners for that campaign. A confirmation process, which may include a background check, will then be started. We will conduct a verification of the compliance of the ticket owners with the Terms & Conditions and with the Official Rules of this contest to ensure the potential winners meets the legal standards required. All owners of the shortlisted ticket numbers will be contacted by email (from info@values-culture.com) an will be asked for additional information (such as, amongst other information, a copy of their valid Passport).

    Any shortlisted participation that will not meet the official rules and the official terms and conditions of this contest will be cancelled and removed from the shortlist.

    A random selection method will then be used to select the Winner of the prize.

    Winner and, if applicable, their guest agree to cooperate fully with Values-Culture AG. in Values-Culture AG. conducting any background check(s), which includes providing information requested by Values-Culture AG. including, but not limited to, full legal names and addresses, Social Media handles, Passport copies, etc..

    The Prize includes meeting a celebrity and attending a special event, therefore if the background check indicates, in Values-Culture AG.’s sole discretion, that the potential winner or the potential winner’s guest(s) pose a danger to or may harm the reputation of any person or entity involved in the sweepstakes, Values-Culture AG. may disqualify said winner and move on to the next randomly drawn potential winner. Pending a positive outcome of the confirmation process, a Values-Culture AG. representative will notify the potential winner via email and/or phone. The potential winner must respond within the time period designated in the notification, or Values-Culture AG. may move on to another randomly drawn potential winner. Before confirming a potential winner as the winner, Values-Culture AG. may require the potential winner to confirm their eligibility. Once that’s done, the potential winner and guest(s) must execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Values-Culture AG. If you do not execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Values-Culture AG., you will forfeit the Prize and Values-Culture AG. will move on to another randomly drawn potential winner.

    Travel companions are also required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of tickets. Additionally, travel companions/guests of the winner may be subject to a background check, which may impact their ability to participate in the Prize.

  • Pay attention to Potential Fraud: This experience is completely free. No Values-Culture AG employee nor representative will ever contact any one and ask for a payment in exchange for ticket entries, nor any anything else. If you ever get contacted by any party trying to impersonnate Values-Culture AG or its employees and/or representative, make sure you do not disclose any confidential information and report them to us and any legal entity that may help fight frauds and scams.
